News | BRPTO releases the results of the Public Consultation on Patents

On November 24, 2023, the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO) published the report with contributions from the Public Consultation for the potential reviews of patent application procedures.

Based on international practices, the research aims to enhance the decision-making capacity of the Institute. Thus, the goal is to expedite processes, aiming for a reduction in patent application timelines.
