Daniela has been a senior partner at the firm since 2019 and has over 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property. She graduated in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a qualification in Industry at the same university. She has a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (INT) and a Master’s in IP and Innovation from the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO).

Daniela started her professional career at the Brazilian branch of a renowned international pharmaceutical industry, in the Quality Assurance department. Before joining Simoes IP, she worked at two Intellectual Property firms, holding the positions of Patent Agent and Corporate Director, respectively.

Daniela provides technical assistance in Intellectual Property, focusing on the areas of patents, industrial designs and trademarks.
